| Prerequisite:
Permission of the instructor. This program is designed to help address, in a proactive manner, students who are having trouble with school both socially and academically. Enrollment in this program comes through the recommendations of the Student Improvement Team (SIT), which looks at students through parent and teacher requests. When a student is in need of this program they will be removed from an elective class or classes to attend VIC during that time. Students will be evaluated at the end of each semester to see if they need to remain in the program. This is not an optional program; once the students have been selected they will remain there for that semester. |
